An epic scifi short story telling the tale of betrayal and war.
In a future where the human race barely survived extinction, 21-year-old Anerius Novengard is a member of an arcane military order of mages. He struggles to avoid falling prey to the dark elements which seek to ensnare him at every turn, being able to overcome their pull by the aid of his love interest and mentor. At the same time that a comet hazardously flies towards a peaceful space colony, he is given a special initiatory mission to protect a government official who had been the victim of several assassination attempts. What Anerius discovers during his mission will forever change his world, and that of those around him.
This short read is for fans of space sagas and magic.

This book had me hooked i’ve always been a man of fiction, it reminds me of the conspiracy of aliens coming down thousands of years ago and were responsible for the making of the Egyptian pyramids or the new insight they had to offer i know there are many theories but it kind of reminds me of that but more realistic as it’s set in the future.
Theres a nice suspense love story line between aura and anerieus’ there’s quite a bit of humour involved these two especially when it comes to playing a game of chess who knew chess and sexual tension could ever go hand in hand.

There are a lot of different life beings in this book which is the reason for conflict and the reason for the allies which without giving any of the storyline away alzio and anerius go head to head in a battle that could see everyone be potentially killed does Anerius prevail or will Alzio kill everyone?

I really enjoyed this book i just had a final fantasy image run through my head the whole time whilst reading this, not sure why but a really interesting read, Buy it you won’t be disappointed
